# Create custom reports

> Custom reports help you zoom in on the performance of specific AI Agents, team members, or channels. Instead of looking at all conversations at once, you decide what data to include.

In **Analytics** you can create a custom report to see, for example:

* The Analytics of a specific AI Agent
* Which channel generates the most conversations
* The conversations handled by a specific user or users

## Creating a custom report

    To create a custom report navigate to **Analytics** in the left-hand menu. Then, click **Create report** under **reports**.

    This opens the custom report builder, where you can choose which data to focus on.

  <Step title="Choose what your report should show">
    When creating a custom report, you can select:

    * **AI Agent(s)**: View and compare statistics for one or more AI Agent(s).
    * **User(s)**: Filter by (a) specific team member(s) to analyze performance per human agent.
    * **Channel(s)**: See statistics for (a) specific channel(s).

    <Note>
      It's not possible to select both AI Agents and users. This feature will be available in the future.

  <Step title="Create the report">
    Lastly, select **Create report** to have it added to your reports.

## Manage your report

### Edit report name

Edit the report's name by selecting the 3 dots in the upper-right corner and selecting **Edit name**.

### Export report

Export the report by selecting the 3 dots in the upper-right corner and selecting **Export**.

### Delete report

Delete the report by selecting the 3 dots in the upper-right corner and selecting **Delete**.
