# Refund policy

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, Watermelon maintains a strict **no-refund policy**. Refunds are **not provided** for reasons such as:

* Forgetting to cancel before renewal
* Unused subscription time
* Change of mind
* Testing of paid features (our free plan lets you explore the platform, and our team is happy to answer any questions).

Refunds are only considered if you were unable to access Watermelon for an extended period due to a technical issue. In such cases, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.
