When you’ve created an Agent, the first Widget is automatically connected. If you want to add an additional Widget, or disconnected the widget by mistake, follow the steps below to publish your Agent on the Chat Widget. You can do so via the **Agent Profile**, or via **Agent Settings**. ## Publishing via Agent Profile Open your **Agent**. Navigate to **Settings**. Scroll down to **Select your channels**. Menu Select the Chat Widget you want to connect in the Agent profile and click **Save**. Facebook Select Channel Your Chat Widget is now connected as a channel. Facebook Succes Make sure your Agent is **Active** so it can answer your incoming messages. ## Connecting via Agent settings Check your Agent settings under **Activate**, you either see **Activate Agent** or **Deactivate Agent**. Click those to open the activation screen. There are different options in the activation screen: Click **Edit** to add a Chat Widget as a channel, or **Connect channel** in case no channel is connected yet. Publish Agent Edit Channels Select the desired **Chat Widget** and click **Save** Facebook Select Channel Incase your Agent is Inactive: Click **Activate** to have your Agent start answering chats for you. Publish Agent Activate Your Agent is now live on the Chat Widget. Publish Agent Success
