Why would I need multiple chatbots?
Having multiple chatbots could be useful when there are different brands, teams or departments that want to utilize our chatbot technology (at the same time). This can benefit both a marketing and customer service team. Additionally, there are instances where separate chatbots are set up for different languages.

Is there a limit on channels?
No, there is no limit on the number of channels that can be connected. You can connect and manage as many channels as you need, including popular channels such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and live chat on your website. This allows you to have all your customer conversations in one place, making it easier to manage and provide better customer support.
Conversation Limit
How do the conversation bundles work exactly?
Choose a subscription for the package that best fits your needs and then select a conversation bundle. Depending on the number of conversations you expect to have per month, choose the right bundle. For example, if you expect to have about 800 conversations per month, choose conversation bundle 1, which supports up to 1000 conversations. However, if you expect around 4300 conversations per month, bundle 3 is more suitable because it can handle up to 5000 conversations. Note: if you reach the limit of your bundle, you will no longer be able to send messages, and your chatbots will no longer be active. In such a case, you need to upgrade to a higher bundle to continue your subscription.
