Following recent reports of critical security vulnerabilities in PHP, we have received several questions from customers regarding the potential impact on Watermelon.
We understand that data security is a top priority, especially for organizations using AI to automate customer interactions.
Watermelon does not use PHP in its production environment.
Based on our current technical assessment, the reported PHP vulnerabilities therefore have no direct impact on Watermelon’s production platform.
Our customers can continue using Watermelon as usual.
Security is a fundamental part of how we develop, operate, and maintain our platform.
Watermelon is ISO 27001 certified, uses European hosting infrastructure, and follows established security processes to protect customer data and maintain the reliability of our services.
We continuously monitor relevant security developments, assess potential risks, and take appropriate measures when necessary.
We understand that security-related news can raise questions. If you would like more information about Watermelon’s security practices or the potential impact of these vulnerabilities, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
