When you’ve created an Agent, the first Widget is automatically connected. If you want to add an additional Widget, or disconnected the widget by mistake, follow the steps below to publish your Agent on the Chat Widget.

Open Agent Settings

Open your Agent. Navigate to Activate agent.

Select Widget

Select the Chat Widget you want to connect in the with ”+” and click Activate agent.

Chat Widget is connected as a channel

Your Chat Widget is now connected as a channel.

Make sure your Agent is Active so it can answer your incoming messages.
