If you’re new to Watermelon, here’s how pricing works. You start by choosing a plan - Free, Pro or Enterprise. Each plan includes credits (or the full yearly amount upfront if you choose an annual subscription).

How credits work

Credits are used for AI conversations and phone calls. The same credit balance covers usage across supported channels, including website chat, WhatsApp, email, and social messaging. An AI conversation includes messages exchanged with one customer within a 96-hour period. For example, Pro’s 2,500 included monthly credits cover up to 250 AI conversations, provided you do not use those credits for calling or other usage.

How pricing works

  • Your Pro subscription: €299/month billed annually or €329/month billed monthly, including 2,500 credits every month.
  • Higher monthly credit tier: Need more credits regularly? Choose a larger monthly allowance, for example 5,000 credits for €419/month (billed annually); these credits renew every month and do not roll over.
  • One-time or automatic top-ups: Need extra credits occasionally? Buy them once (e.g. 5,000 credits for €335) or enable automatic top-ups when your balance drops below a threshold you set (e.g. 1,000 credits); your monthly credits are used first, and topped-up credits remain valid for 12 months.
One-time and automatic top-ups are available for Pro and Enterprise customers.

What happens to unused credits?

  • Included credit and credit tiers reset each month and do not roll over.
  • Top-ups remain available for 12 months after purchase.

Billing and additional costs

  • Annual billing: Save 10% compared with monthly billing.
  • Personal onboarding: Starting from €1,999 one-time, covering Agent configuration, knowledge sources, channel setup, testing, and go-live support.
