When you’ve connected WhatsApp to Watermelon under Integrations, you’ll need to add your Agent to the WhatsApp channel. This ensures that your Agent can answer messages for you. You can publish the Agent on WhatsApp via the Agent Profile, or via Agent Settings.
You need to set up an WhatsApp connection before connecting your Agent.

Open your Agent. Navigate to **Activate AI Agent. **

Select the Whatsapp channel you want to connect in the Agent profile by clicking on the ”+”.
