Sub-processors Watermelon
In order to offer our service properly, we collaborate with a number of partners. We save and store personal data with a majority of these partners. With regard for the General Data Protection Regulation, these partners are processors or sub-processors. We have signed a data processing agreement with our partners, or we’ve agreed to the terms under which this data is processed, in order to ensure that personal data is processed in a correct and appropriate manner. Your privacy and your customer’s privacy is central to everything that we do in our provision of service.
Some partner mights process their data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), if this is the case you have the option to opt out of the feature so no data is stored outside the EEA. The Watermelon servers are located in Belgium.
Google Cloud Platform
We use the Google Cloud Platform to host the entire Watermelon architecture. Google Cloud uses servers in the Netherlands and Belgium (Europe) for data storage.

OpenAI
We use OpenAI to process the AI answers in Watermelon. This only applies if you use Watermelon Pulse. OpenAI commits to GDPR as stated in the Processor Agreement we both signed. Watermelon only shares small fractions of the data you enter into Watermelon with OpenAI. In addition, OpenAI does not use the data for training the AI model and all data sent is deleted from their servers (located in America) within 30 days. The data we send to OpenAI is used solely for the purpose of conducting the conversation with Watermelon.

360dialog
We use 360dialog to handle the WhatsApp messages through their API. This applies only when you use both WhatsApp and 360dialog. 360dialog uses servers in Germany (Europe) for data storage.

Pusher
We use Pusher to make sure the messages between the Watermelon platform and customers on the social channels and our chat widget are being send and delivered. Pusher uses servers in Ireland (Europe) for data storage.

Slack
We use Slack for internal communication. We do everything to ensure that no personal data is shared on Slack. Slack uses servers in Europe for data storage.

Hubspot
We use Hubspot to manage our customer database and analyze customer feedback. Hubspot uses servers in Germany (Europe) for data storage.

Stripe
We use Stripe to manage all payments, invoices and subscriptions. Stripe needs personal data for proper processing. Stripe uses servers in Ireland for data storage.

Userflow
We use Userflow to inform customers through notifications on our platform and to collect customer feedback.

Google Workspace
We use the Google Workspace for our email, internal file storage and calendars. For calendar invitations, we store personal information such as email and first and last name. In addition, personal data may end up in these tools via e-mail. Google Suite uses servers in Europe for data storage.

We use Mailchimp/Mandrill to send emails from Watermelon.

Pinecone
We use Pinecone to quickly search large amounts of vectors and retrieve data. Pinecone uses servers in the Netherlands (Europe) for data storage.

We use ScraperAPI to quickly process large amounts of data from the client's website. Scraper API uses servers in the Netherlands (Europe) for data storage.
